Spanish Through The Arts

Spanish Throught The Arts is an initiative concieved and led by Marcela Mejia Ronan since 1994.  Marcela grew up in Colombia-South America, very close to the mountains, the Equator line and the Pacific Ocean.  She started to dance, act, and invent stories at very young age.  Deeply touched by the contrasting geography around her, and inspired by people of all sorts of backgrounds who loved the earth, music, and literature she did research the folklore of the Pacific Coast, and graduated in Early Childhood Education, and Dance.  Four winds took her to North America where she has expanded her learning to other areas including Waldorf pedagogy.  Marcela is blessed to work with kind and talented people and resides in California with her husband and their two amazing daughters.
